Every year, West Slope Library offers Summer Reading programs for every age and every reading level. In our most recent program, we had over 300 children and teens and over 150 adults participate!
The WCCLS Summer Reading Program runs June through August with activities for all ages.
Kids and teens can sign up to track their reading during the summer and enter to win prizes. Every participant who completes the program gets to choose a free book as a prize (in addition to other prizes). Parents can also register their kids who are still learning to read, including infants and toddlers.
Adults can participate by registering online and setting their own reading goals. They will receive booklists throughout the summer, have the opportunity to submit book reviews, and can enter to win prizes.
