Getting to the Library

West Slope Community Library is located at 3678 SW 78th Ave in Portland, Oregon.

There are stairs as well as flat and inclined walkways to the entrance of the library. We have a Pick-Up window for your convenience if you prefer not to enter the building. Please call us at 503-846-6416 if we can provide any assistance in picking up your materials. 

To reach the library from Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway, turn north on SW 78th Avenue at the Raleigh Hills Fred Meyer and travel for about a half-mile.

PARKING:

The library shares a parking lot with Raleigh Park Elementary School and is near Raleigh Park & Swim Center. When you enter, you will find library parking immediately to the left. There are 17 parking spaces.

There is one designated accessible parking space located on the backside (east side) of the library building.

BY BICYCLE:

Bicycle parking is available at the front of the library. You can check out a bike lock at the front desk if you forget yours.

Ride Connection is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to coordinating and providing transportation services to people with limited options in Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties. The organization has been linking transportation to people in our communities for over 30 years.

Lines 54 and 56 run frequently and stop at the corner of SW 78th & Beaverton-Hillsdale. Use TriMet’s Trip Planner to find the best route.

Line 54 Beaverton Transit Center/Portland City Center

Frequent Service: 54-Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy runs every 15 minutes or better most of the day, every day.

Line 56 Washington Square Transit Center/Marquam Hill

Runs on regular weekday schedules. Weekend service runs on a Sunday schedule.
