If you are a resident of Washington County, you can register online for an e-access card. With an e-access card you can:
- download ebooks and audiobooks
- reserve and print group admission passes to local attractions
- get homework and career help
You can register for a full-access library card at your convenience by visiting the library and providing photo ID and proof of address.
