How to Get a Library Card
A Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS) card gives you access to books, DVDs, CDs, downloadable audiobooks and videos, online databases, and online educational resources.
A library card is free if you live in Washington, Multnomah, Clackamas, or Hood River county in Oregon, or if you live in Clark, Klickitat, or Skamania county in Washington.
To receive a card, you will need to bring proof of identification and proof of address into the library.
There are a few different ways to start the application process. You can:
- begin a temporary card application online and then come into the library to confirm your address and pick up your card
- download and print an application form (solicitud de tarjeta en Español PDF) [PDF]
- or come into the library to fill out an application form in person.
In any case, you will need to provide proof of identification and proof of address.
